While I was never diagnosed with infertility, my journey to motherhood was not as straight forward as I had expected it it to be. Conceiving our daughter took over twelve months and included pregnancy loss during the holidays. I understand the frustration of wanting to start a family and the hope and fear of each new cycle. After both my husband and I focused on diet improvements to support fertility, we experienced the joy of a second positive pregnancy test and a successful pregnancy.
A Diet for Fertility
Because I believe so strongly in the power of food to achieve health goals, including the importance of diet for fertility, I have partnered with the Feed Your Fertile Body™ program. I’m now offering a self-paced version of this ‘food-positive’ pre-conception program. In this program, you will learn about deeply nourishing foods that help optimize fertility and prepare your body (both female AND male) for conception.

Whether you are thinking about conceiving in the future or have been trying for any length of time, this program will provide you with powerful knowledge around the importance of nutrition for fertility. And you can complete this program in your own home, on your own timeframe, with support from me, a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner.
This program focuses on strengthening fertility in both men and women who are preparing to become parents, and is definitely suitable for and welcoming of same-sex couples and solo parents.
Feed Your Fertile Body™ Current Offering
I am currently offering the Feed Your Fertile Body™ program as a self-paced course. Each module will kick off with an email from outlining the big ideas, supplemental information for the lesson, and links to additional resources. You and your partner (optional) will complete each module at a time that is convenient to you. After each module, I will meet with you via Skype (or phone, if you prefer) for a 30 minutes session to review the big ideas of the module, answer any questions, and provide additional resources. You can choose to schedule the six review sessions on either a weekly or bi-weekly schedule.
Your enrollment in the program includes a PDF workbook that will be emailed to you. In addition to the six modules, your workbook includes resources for home and body care, further reading suggestions, a fertility-supporting food chart for your refrigerator, meal planning templates, a cookbook and more.

Each weekly module and review session in the Feed Your Fertile Body™ program is centered around practical action steps to implement what you’ve learned about a diet for fertility. Additional support is available in a private Facebook group (optional) and a detailed resources page.
