I currently am not taking new nutritional therapy clients. Sign up for my newsletter to be the first to know when openings are available.
Are you looking to improve your health, or the health of your child? I am here to help! As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), I work one on one with clients to evaluate nutritional needs, identify nutritional deficiencies, and help support optimal body function through recommendations for dietary change and lifestyle considerations.
What does this mean for you? It means that I will listen to your concerns. I will understand your goals. I will work with you to get to the root of the problem. I will develop a plan for you that addresses the root, not just the symptoms, and works to restore your health.
At the heart of my practice is the belief that health can be found in small changes. The more real food you eat, movement you make, sleep you prioritize, and community you enjoy, the healthier you will be. But, health is not all or none. There is gray area, room for imperfection, and the expectation of trial and error. Any change you make in the pursuit of your health is worthy.
What I Believe
I believe in progress over perfection.
I believe in the power of real food to heal.
I believe in movement, sleep, and community.
I believe in bioindividuality; we are all unique, and so are our needs.
I believe that chronic health issues can be resolved, when addressed holistically.
Who I Work With
I enjoy working with any client who is motivated to make changes in the pursuit of his or her health. Nutrition is fundamental to health, and together we can address a number of conditions with simple changes to diet and lifestyle. Here is a sampling of issues I help clients work through:
Children: Food allergies, picky eaters, digestive issues, nutrition to support ASD and ADHD
Adults: Digestive issues, blood sugar and metabolic dysfunction, weight loss resistance, autoimmune conditions, fertility support, nutrition to support pregnancy and nursing

Nutritional Therapy Services
I offer the following services either in my office in Northeast Seattle or virtually over Skype. I am available in person on Monday daytime, Tuesday evenings, and Saturday mornings.
Intro | 15 min Consultation | Complimentary
Basics | 1 Session | $95
A 75-minute comprehensive consultation in which we discuss your current concerns and goals, discuss ways in which nutrition and lifestyle can help you meet your goals, and outline a plan that you are comfortable putting into practice.
Prior to our consultation, I will review your food journal, initial intake form, and nutritional assessment questionnaire (NAQ). After our consultation, you will receive detailed notes of our session, including a write up of the plan we designed for you and any supplemental materials that I feel will help support you.
The Basics is recommended if you need health and wellness information, but have a high level of self-motivation. If you prefer a more guided approach, I suggest the Foundations.
Foundations | 3 Session Package | $265
An initial 75-minute comprehensive consultation and two 60-minute follow up consultations. The initial consultation is as described for the Basics session. In follow up sessions, we will review how your custom plan is working for you, tweak the program where it might not be working, and outline new goals. And we always celebrate the small steps you’ve taken towards your health.
You can expect the same thorough follow-up after each session, including updates to your plan and additional support resources. Email support between sessions is included with the Foundations package.
This package is highly recommended for any client who is dealing with more complex concerns, as it can take time to see improvements and meet goals. The Foundations is also recommended for any client who prefers a more guided approach to implementing a health plan and achieving goals.
Maintenance | As Needed | $65
Once you are an established client, by completing either the Basics or Foundations services, follow-up appointments can be schedule as needed at a discounted client rate.
Better Beauty News
I'm a believer that we shouldn't have to compromise our health in the name of beauty. Or performance in the name of safety. With Beautycounter, you can have both.
